Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent/Off Plan Sale/ Salary + Commission

• Client assistance: Help clients search properties, including off-plan options.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research to advise clients on property investments and market trends.
• Property marketing: Market properties for sale through various strategies.
• Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements on behalf of clients.
• Transaction management: Manage the entire transaction process, from initial viewing to closing deals.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Database management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of properties and client information.
• Sales Skills: Making calling, follow-ups marketing leads, meetings and closing deals
• Target Achievements: Meeting sales targets month on months set by company
