Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. This role involves managing property transactions from start to finish, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price negotiations
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a portfolio of listings and update property databases regularly
  • Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to close deals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property sales or real estate consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
