Property Sales Specialist – Metropolitan Capital Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)Role Overview

The Property Sales Specialist is responsible for driving residential and investment property sales across Abu Dhabi’s key communities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and representing Metropolitan Capital as a trusted advisor in a competitive and fast‑growing market. You will work with both ready and off‑plan properties, guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads through proactive outreach, networking, and follow‑up.
  • Advise clients on property options, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and sellers.
  • Manage the full sales process, including documentation, offers, and closing procedures.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, developer launches, and community insights.
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio through consistent communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales in the UAE is preferred; strong sales backgrounds from other industries are also considered.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, communities, and developers is an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus.
