Position Overview

The Public Adjuster is responsible for executing claims secured by our team and guiding them from

estimate through final settlement with precision and professionalism.

• Write and review detailed Xactimate estimates

• Analyze insurance policies and coverage

• Prepare and submit complete claim documentation

• Communicate directly with insurance carriers

• Negotiate fair and defensible settlements

• Track claims from intake to completion

• Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant records

This is primarily an in-office role (9–5) with occasional field inspections as needed.Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in insurance adjusting

• Proficiency in Xactimate

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in negotiation

• Exceptional attention to detail (Hawk’s Eye standard)

• Professional and organized

Preferred:

• Residential property claim experience

• Ability to manage multiple active claims

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 annual base salary

• 1% commission on worked jobs
