Public Relation Executive

SBK Real Estate is looking for a Public Relations Executive to manage tenant relations and support property-related coordination. The role involves direct interaction with tenants to ensure smooth communication, issue resolution, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with tenants on property-related matters
• Handle tenant concerns, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Visit tenants/sites as required for coordination and discussions
• Support property related, vacating, and compliance processes
• Liaise with internal and legal teams when necessary
• Maintain records and report status updates

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and conflict-handling abilities
• Experience in real estate or property management preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
