Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination of the CEO’s Office
  • Draft official correspondence, summaries, notes, and briefings
  • Maintain records, files, and official documentation
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
  • Assist in preparing presentations, concept notes, and briefing papers
  • Compile data and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal departments, government offices, and external stakeholders
  • Support follow-ups on official directives and action points
  • Assist during meetings, delegations, and official events
  • Prepare progress reports and activity summaries
  • Assist in drafting emails, letters, and official communications
  • Support the preparation of reports for senior management.
  • Provide support in special projects assigned by the CEO / PSO

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate (Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of government procedures is a plus
  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
