Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day coordination of the CEO’s Office
- Draft official correspondence, summaries, notes, and briefings
- Maintain records, files, and official documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing agendas/minutes
- Assist in preparing presentations, concept notes, and briefing papers
- Compile data and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments, government offices, and external stakeholders
- Support follow-ups on official directives and action points
- Assist during meetings, delegations, and official events
- Prepare progress reports and activity summaries
- Assist in drafting emails, letters, and official communications
- Support the preparation of reports for senior management.
- Provide support in special projects assigned by the CEO / PSO
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate (Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of government procedures is a plus
- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn
