Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain adequate stock.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, operations) to understand requirements.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, records, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost savings, vendor performance, and lead time.
- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous supply and quality.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle)
