Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Manager with strong experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor development, negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, source, and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, agreements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchase/procurement within construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and knowledge of market trends in construction materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,739.88 per month
