Job Title: Purchase Manager

Location: Sakinaka Mumbai

Educational Qualification:

 BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

 Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in purchase and procurement, preferably

within Aluminium Piping’s or Compressor Industry

 Experience in leading and managing a purchase/procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead, mentor, and manage the purchase team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and

timely delivery of materials.

 Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and

organizational goals.

 Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal

quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

 Maintain and expand the supplier network to support multiple project needs.

 Review, approve, and process purchase requisitions and orders in compliance with

company policies.

 Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely

procurement of materials and equipment.

 Monitor purchase budgets, track cost control measures, and ensure adherence to

financial targets.

 Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and statutory

requirements.

 Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders,

vendor agreements, and reports.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.

 In-depth knowledge of mechanical materials, equipment, and technical

specifications.

 Familiarity with procurement processes, ERP systems, and supply chain

management.

 Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
