Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for construction materials, equipment, and subcontract packages
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and purchase planning
• Ensure timely material availability at sites to avoid project delays
• Maintain procurement MIS reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Manage and guide the purchase team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce or related field
• 8–12+ years of procurement experience in construction/contracting companies
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of local UAE supplier market preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Excel
• Leadership and team management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
