Purchase Manager – Procurement & Supply Chain (F&B)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing all goods and services required by the restaurant group. This includes food, beverages, packaging, cleaning supplies, equipment, and other operational needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in F&B purchasing, strong vendor relationships, and a proven track record of cost optimization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, source, and procure all required items for multiple branches within budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure best value and quality.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new suppliers when required.
  • Monitor inventory levels, consumption patterns, and forecast purchasing needs.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize purchasing and reduce wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing for restaurants or F&B groups.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant supply chains, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and purchase order systems.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple outlets.
