Purchasing Coordinator

Are you experienced in using an ERP system?

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our team. We are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, representative of the communities we serve.

This role would ideally suit someone with experience in using an ERP system to undertake Purchasing and Inventory Management. You will also be expected to support your colleagues in Sales on an ad hoc basis.

What we need you to do:

  • Use our ERP system to
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Create Goods Receipts
  • Generate Supplier Invoices
  • Process Supplier payments
  • Generate Supplier and Open Item reports
  • Set up price lists and products on to ERP
  • Manage Inventory
  • Prepare VAT Returns
  • Liaise with Suppliers
  • Use your freight forwarding experience and import/export documentation to improve the end-to-end process

About You

Excellent written and spoken English language.

Education: Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

High computer literacy and MS Office skills essential.

Organized with keen eye for detail.

Able to work at our office based in Arjan next to Miracle Garden.

Experience working in an import/export trading company nice to have.

Available to start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
