About the Role

We are looking for four highly organized and enthusiastic Purchase Coordinators to join our growing back office team in Kottayam. Operating within the dynamic maritime and ship chandelling industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and promptly processing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from vessels or ship management companies.
• Assist in coordinating ship supply orders, logistics, and deliveries.
• Identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with reliable local and international suppliers.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize profit margins.
• Converting approved quotes into Sales Orders and ensuring all details are accurately passed to the procurement and operations teams for fulfillment.
• Keeping clients updated on order status, addressing any shortages or substitutions, and handling post-delivery feedback or complaints.
• Issuing Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining accurate procurement records, and resolving any discrepancies with supplier invoices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate degree (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
• Experience: Freshers can also apply! (0-1 years of experience).
• Skills: * Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
