QA/QC ENGINEER

Job description:

ASFY Decoration EST, a leading company specialized in gypsum ceiling and partition works, especially GRG and Gypsum board works, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, site inspections, and ensuring all works comply with relevant standards, project specifications, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and prepare shop/coordination drawings for approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve technical issues.
• Plan and monitor gypsum, GRG, drywall, ceiling, and painting works to meet project timelines.
• Prepare material take-offs, procurement requests, and delivery schedules.
• Submit and follow up on WIRs/MIRs and attend site inspections with consultants.
• Support the QS team with accurate quantity take-offs and material reconciliation.
• Resolve site-related technical issues, clashes, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and minimize material wastage.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or junior engineers (Experience not exceeding 3 years).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GRG applications (domes, columns, etc.) and gypsum partitions/ceilings.
• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD , Plan Swift and MS Office.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English.
• Preferred Candidates: * Gender :*_Females are preferred*_.
• Ability to read and verify shop drawings, RCPs, and architectural details.
• Familiarity with local building codes and QA/QC standards for Interior Fit-Out.
