We’re Hiring: QA/QC Engineer – Fit-Out

UAE | Interior Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with strong experience in fit-out and interior works to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections for architectural finishes and MEP coordination works

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Prepare/review ITPs, method statements, and material submittals

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

• Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective actions

• Maintain QA/QC documentation and support project handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution

• Good communication and coordination skills
