Experience: 7–10 years

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience in Quantity Take-Off & BOQ preparation
• Preparation and review of Interim Payment Certificates
• Cost control and budget monitoring
• Handling Variation Orders and Final Accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Previous experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred
• Must be able to speak Tagalog
