We are hiring QA Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, monitoring processes, and identifying areas of improvement to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct random + targeted sampling for smart auditing.

Perform daily recording & CRM reviews for ongoing monitoring.

Provide timely feedback within 48 hours.

Instantly flag critical issues and escalate in real-time.

Prepare daily reports on fresh leads.

Review calls and text messages for quality compliance.

Identify errors and highlight process gaps.

Support calibration sessions and process optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
