Quality Assurance Officer - Kitchen (Male/Female)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Quality Assurance Officers (Male/Female) for our fast-food restaurant branches. The role involves ensuring that every order meets our quality, taste, and presentation standards and is prepared within the required time. The QA Officer will monitor kitchen performance, coordinate between stations, and make sure all processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Ensure no station takes extra time and all items are prepared within standard serving time.
• Conduct quality checks on every order before it is dispatched.
• Maintain product consistency, taste, portion size, and presentation standards.
• Take prepared orders from the kitchen and hand them over for delivery or service.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed in the kitchen.
• Identify and report any performance gaps or delays in food preparation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist management in implementing quality improvement plans.
