Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify previous day’s Inventory closing records.
  • Ensure LPG levels are maintained and monitored regularly.
  • Receive physical stock from the Warehouse with respect to departments.
  • Check quality and production date of all stocks received from warehouse.
  • Ensure accuracy of stock received from warehouse with system-generated requisition.
  • Distribute stock received from the warehouse to their respective departments.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards during shift.
  • Check cleaning of all kitchen equipment’s & appliances at opening & closing of the shift.
  • Ensure staff personal hygiene is maintained at all times.
  • Monitor staff attendance and share absentee list with the manager.
  • Coordinate with HR for staff-related issues.
  • Ensure timely dispatching of all orders from kitchen during the shift.
  • Ensure all Kitchen related SOPs are strictly followed during the shift.
  • Conduct a Briefing session of all kitchen staff once during the shift.
  • Ensure stock is stacked and used as per the FIFO method to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, report technical issues to the maintenance team.
  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate degree in a related field (a Bachelor’s degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant.
  • Basic computer literacy is a must.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge & awareness.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food, safety standards, and hygiene practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
