Quality Control Officer

We are looking for Quality Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

• Monitor production processes to identify deviations or defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform routine sampling, testing, and analysis using standard laboratory methods and equipment.

• Record and analyze quality data, prepare inspection reports, and maintain accurate quality documentation.

• Work closely with production and procurement teams to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.

• Ensure packaging and labeling meet brand and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.

• Train production staff on quality control standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.

• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

• Location: Sukkur Khairpur

• Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the FMCG, food, beverage, or manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
