Quality Controller - Auto Service

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) procedures are consistently followed within the workshop
• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform road tests to verify performance and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, job cards, and repair orders
• Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers with expert guidance on quality-related matters
• Monitor and improve the “Fix It Right First Time” ratio
• Track and maintain daily QA performance records
• Report safety-related issues and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and equipment
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment
• Uphold company standards in attitude, appearance, and professionalism
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar automotive quality control role
• High Diploma in Mechanics or equivalent qualification
• Brand Advanced Technician Certification is required
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, diagnostics, and QA processes
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate with basic system and reporting skills
• Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools
