Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to project costs — from initial estimates to final accounts — ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate costings
• Monitor project costs and report on any variances
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims
• Prepare and process interim valuations and final accounts
• Assist in procurement and contract administration
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and measurements
• Ensure cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, BuildSoft, etc.)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
