Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimating: Assisting in preparing budgets for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Tendering: Supporting the preparation and evaluation of contractor bids.
• Cost Control: Monitoring spending to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Site Visits: Measuring work completed on-site and ensuring accuracy for payments.
• Reporting: Preparing financial reports on project progress and costs.

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 08 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or civil engineering consultancy in Dubai.

The role involves both office work and site visits, and is a great step towards becoming a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor.
