Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor or Tender Associate with relevant experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, tender documentation, and bid submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and assess requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, procurement) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in compliance with requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and update a database of all tenders, bids submitted, and their outcomes.
• Follow up on submitted tenders, attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings when required.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of all tender-related records.
• Assist in negotiating terms and preparing agreements after successful bids.
• Keep abreast of changes in tender regulations, policies, and market trends.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
