Quantity Surveyor

We are currently hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious consultancy-led infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.

Do you meet the following criteria?

• Do you have 7+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years in the same position within the infrastructure, Buildings or road construction industry?
• Are you RICS-registered and professionally certified?
• Do you have hands-on experience in preparing Tender Documents, including detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)?
• Do you maintain an extensive and updated database of construction rates specific to the UAE, especially Abu Dhabi?
• Are you familiar with local authority requirements, cost control procedures, and best practices in road and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi ?
• Are You a Qualified Quantity Surveyor with RICS Certification and UAE Infrastructure Experience?
