Full job description

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering
• Required experience 5 to 10 years in Pre-Contract
• Must have a valid UPDA
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimations.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive quotes.
• Monitor and assess risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data for future tender references.
