Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer (8 -10 Years UAE Exp.)

We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer who can can deal with Civil as well as MEP work with at least 8-10 years experience in UAE (mandatory), with Civil Engineering Degree .

- Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.

- Quantities Measurement: Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to support accurate cost estimating.

- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to track project expenses, identify variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.

- Study the Tender specifications, drawings, and BOQ

- Preparing and reviewing the Bills of Quantities and contracts

- To perform procurement function, ensure timely procurement of materials and services at competitive prices.

- Must have good database for suppliers in UAE.

- Must have good background in Pre and post Tendering Stage
