We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RCM Supervisor to oversee and optimize our revenue cycle operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization.

About the Role:
As an RCM Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our entire revenue cycle process. You will play a critical role in maximizing revenue collection, reducing denials, and improving overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the daily activities of the RCM team, including medical coding, billing, claims submission, and accounts follow-up.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days in AR, denial rates, and collection rates to ensure targets are met.
  • Analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and re-submission strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, payer policies, and coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Generate and present detailed reports on revenue cycle performance to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including clinical and finance teams, to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Revenue Cycle Management role within the UAE healthcare system.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE health insurance processes and payer requirements (e.g., Daman, Thiqa, NAS).
  • Strong technical skills in medical coding and billing practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
