Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, listings, and property documents.
  • Upload and update properties on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Coordinate with agents, owners, and tenants for viewings and paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, reports, and transaction records.
  • Support management with reports, data entry, and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate or administrative experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and online listing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate procedures (Tawtheeq) is an advantage.
