Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and renewal schedules.
  • Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding payments, maintenance, and lease-related queries.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.
  • Support management in property listings, advertisements, and client communication.
  • Track and update records of property availability, occupancy, and contract status.

Accounting & Finance:

  • Handle rent collection, receipts, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly income and expense reports for each property.
  • Record accounting entries related to rent, deposits, utilities, and maintenance expenses.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for invoice processing, petty cash, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain records of cheques, payments, and ensure proper filing of financial documents.

General Support:

  • Liaise with maintenance and facility teams for repair or service requests.
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate administration or accounting.
  • Knowledge of real estate procedures, RERA regulations, and property management preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
