Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and renewal schedules.
- Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding payments, maintenance, and lease-related queries.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.
- Support management in property listings, advertisements, and client communication.
- Track and update records of property availability, occupancy, and contract status.
Accounting & Finance:
- Handle rent collection, receipts, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly income and expense reports for each property.
- Record accounting entries related to rent, deposits, utilities, and maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoice processing, petty cash, and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of cheques, payments, and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
General Support:
- Liaise with maintenance and facility teams for repair or service requests.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate administration or accounting.
- Knowledge of real estate procedures, RERA regulations, and property management preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
