Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector, with strong expertise in the Dubai off-plan market, as well as the Sharjah real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Handle high-level client negotiations and close deals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current market trends in Dubai and Sharjah
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
  • Monitor and report on team performance, pipeline, and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry in Dubai.
  • 5-7 Years of Experience in Dubai off-plan and secondary property markets
  • Experience working in or with Sharjah's real estate sector
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is also mandatory.
