Real Estate Advisor: BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION

Role Summary:
The Real Estate Advisor is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, facilitating property transactions, conducting property viewings, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property advisory
• Proven track record of successfully closing property transactions
• Experience in: ☐ Residential ☐ Commercial ☐ Off-plan ☐ Leasing
• Strong knowledge of local property market trends

Technical & Regulatory Knowledge

• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with property listing platforms
• Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and documentation
• Basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage

Education & Licensing Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Real Estate License (mandatory as per local regulations)
