We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys
- Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client interactions
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and local regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License (required)
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with strong sales skills
- Familiarity with real estate software, CRM tools, and MS Office
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned area
