Real Estate Agent

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Real Estate Sales Consultant Female with at least 1 year of experience (or prior relevant experience) to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or a related sales role
• Fluent in Russian or Arabic
• Own valid UAE visa
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to create social media videos and handle content creation (Reels, short videos, property posts)
• Comfortable appearing on camera and promoting listings online
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer and seller inquiries and close deals
• Assist clients with property viewings and negotiations
• Create and publish engaging social media content to promote listings
• Record property walkthrough videos and promotional reels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 5,000 (based on experience)
