Job Title: Real Estate Broker
Location: Dubai, UAE (In-Site)
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is designed for a professional who understands the local landscape, possesses a strong network, and is ready to capitalize on Dubai’s dynamic property market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing the full sales/leasing lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Core Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and upcoming developments.
2. Lead Management: Actively generate new leads while managing and nurturing your existing client database.
3. Property Showings: Organize and conduct professional viewings for prospective buyers and tenants. *
4.Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers/landlords to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. 5. Documentation: Ensure all paperwork, including sales/lease agreements and RERA-compliant forms, are completed accurately and legally.
6. Marketing: Assist in the listing and promotion of properties across major portals like Property Finder and Bayut.
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of proven real estate experience within the Dubai market.
2. Client Network: A valid and active client base (investors or end-users) is essential.
3. Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
4. RERA Certification: A valid RERA Broker ID (or the ability to renew it immediately) is highly preferred.
5. Availability: You must be currently residing in Dubai and available for an immediate in-person interview.
Additional Skills We Value:
1. Strong proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a significant plus). 2. Deep knowledge of specific "farm" areas (e.g., Downtown, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah).
3. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and major Dubai property portals.
