Ganjina Real Estate is a growing real estate firm, and as part of our expansion in Ras Al Khaimah, we are looking for ambitious, self-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team.

This role is suitable for professionals who prefer performance-based earnings rather than a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations with clients and landlords

Stay updated on market trends and property listings

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Presentable, professional, and self-motivated

Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
