Natural Home is a growing real estate company based in Ajman, operating across Sharjah, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi. We focus on the off-plan property market and are looking for energetic, motivated, and passionate individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new business.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs.
• Present and promote suitable properties to clients.
• Handle the entire sales process from start to finish for a smooth experience.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends and project launches.

Qualifications

• Languages: Arabic & English (both required)
• Experience: Fresh candidates or up to 6 months of real estate experience are welcome.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• License: Valid UAE driving license + own car (preferred)
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month
• Commission: Attractive, performance-based commission
