Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on working with buyer clients, with additional leasing opportunities as we expand our property management business.

You will be working with:

• Active buyer leads
• Rental and leasing opportunities as they develop
• Long-term client and investor relationships

We are building a business that creates consistent, repeat opportunities over time, not just one-off transactions.

ResponsibilitiesBuyer Agent Duties

• Respond quickly and consistently to incoming leads
• Conduct buyer consultations
• Show homes and guide clients through the process
• Write and negotiate offers
• Manage transactions from contract to closing
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

Leasing Duties (As Business Grows)

• Show rental properties
• Communicate with prospective tenants
• Assist with applications and lease execution
• Coordinate with the team on move-ins

Compensation

• Expected earning potential: $60,000 – $100,000+

• Open Houses Weekly
• Daily Call Log
• Reviewing Property

This is a performance-based role. Effort and execution matter.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Real Estate License (or willing to obtain one)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay consistent
