Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closing processes.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain one promptly
• Excellent knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values in Woodstock, GA
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
