Real estate agent Chinese Speaker

Role Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a Chinese speaking Real Estate Agent to support our growing client base in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to guide international clients through the UAE property market with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Assist Chinese speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and company provided channels
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activity
• Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Previous experience in real estate sales within the UAE is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a client focused approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
