Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and culturally aware Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) to join our high-performing team. You will guide international clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, offering personalized service and expert market insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain relationships with European-speaking clients and investors
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively
• Provide tailored advice and support to international clients throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles
• Fluency in English and at least one European language (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• UAE real estate experience preferred but not required
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
