Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent / Realtor, you will guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi properties. You’ll manage your own client portfolio, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, consultations, and presentations.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
