About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent Russian-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property sales and capable of serving a diverse international clientele, particularly Russian-speaking investors and buyers from CIS countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations in Russian and English
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
• Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE market preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
