We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide excellent customer service to Russian-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Russian-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Handle inbound leads and conduct professional property consultations.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and tours.
• Provide accurate information on property prices, availability, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain an updated database of listings and client information.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation related to real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, sales) to support property listings and closing processes.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE (preferred).
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; strong English communication skills required.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused.
