Job Title: Real Estate Broker

Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports To: Sales Manager / Managing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Broker to oversee property transactions, manage client relationships, and lead sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for buying, selling, and leasing properties while ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and review agreements, contracts, and closing documents
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and company policies
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales/brokerage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of UAE property market and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
