Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a results-oriented and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker specializing in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE’s off-plan market, excellent client management skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with investors and end-users. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, end-users, and developers
• Provide clients with expert advice on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
• Conduct presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective buyers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE
• Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies and client expectations
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate leads and manage client pipelines
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off-plan market and developer offerings
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
• RERA or DMT certification preferred
