Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Conduct market research and provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, and community trends.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and cultural understanding.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High level of motivation, discipline, and goal orientation.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
