Role Overview

The Real Estate Client Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the property buying journey, from initial inquiry to closing. This role blends sales expertise with client advisory, requiring strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a service‑oriented mindset. You will represent premium properties, deliver tailored recommendations, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs, investment goals, and budget.
  • Present and promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s leading developers.
  • Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and sales presentations.
  • Provide clients with market insights, pricing guidance, and property comparisons.
  • Manage leads effectively using CRM tools and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through networking and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver property proposals, sales offers, and documentation.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or client advisory is preferred; training is available for motivated candidates.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
