Job Summary

A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in the UAE market. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, market trends, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate property listings (residential & commercial).
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate property prices and rental terms between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare contracts, agreements (Form A, B, F – if working in Dubai).
• Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations.
• Coordinate with developers, banks, and mortgage advisors.
• Maintain CRM and client database records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with UAE property market trends.
