Aurantius Real Estate Broker is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate brokerage based in JBR, Dubai, with a strong presence in both the off-plan and secondary property markets. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for experienced and ambitious Property Consultants who are ready to take their real estate career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Property Consultant at Aurantius, you’ll play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties across Dubai’s most sought-after communities. You’ll work with a strong network of developers, gain access to exclusive listings, and enjoy full support from a motivated and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Advise clients on the best properties, communities, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and present both off-plan and secondary market options.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and real estate regulations.
• Maintain and update your database of listings and leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary).
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and its communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional in conduct.
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
